“As a small employee based grazing business on the Central Tablelands of New South Wales, we were privileged to be approached by Lucy Peel requesting us to participate in her final assignment for her BG5 Certification.

During the last 10 years, I have thoroughly appreciated a very simplistic understanding of human design and have learnt tiny snippets and insights along the way. In addition, I personally have had a one on one with Lucy in the past 18 months, so my enthusiasm for accepting this opportunity was immediate.

Lucy’s assessment was delivered to us over three Zoom sessions with an abundance of information in addition to receiving recordings and the slideshow. There were also some brief phone conversations to ascertain information about the people, their positions, what their job descriptions are and like. Receiving copies of the recordings and the slideshow is an invaluable reference that I know we will come back to often from this point in time.

Given that I sit outside the business a little bit on a day-to-day basis and work strategically on the business with Stu I can see that we will take on many aspects and insights of what Lucy has shared with us as we progress with our employee team over time. One of the key things for both of us is the general and personalised insights for each unique individual and how we can better support them, knowing them mechanically in a different way now and how we can support bringing out their strengths and encouraging them to seek more insights into themselves and the team of which they are a part of.

We believe the accuracy of the information delivered was really quite mind blowing. It is truly extraordinary that from sharing someone’s time of birth, place of birth, date of birth and country of birth that so much information can be gained and learned from for individuals and the combined synergy we bring into the small team space is incredible to witness. Human design will eclipse many other personality profiling assessments over time, the potential is endless.

At this point in time, there is nothing pertinent that we wouldn’t consider taking on board. We are both very open minded with the information that we’ve received and how we can implement and utilize it with time.

Lucys passion, enthusiasm and gift of sharing human design to individuals and now businesses is truly a privilege to witness. She is excellent at delivering information in a manner that the recipients can comprehend in an easy manner, she is entirely approachable with asking questions and the offering of suggestions and feedback. She also has an incredible knack when she can see and feel that someone does not quite get what she’s saying, and instantly begins to deliver the same information in a different way.”
